CORRECTIONAL PADS
For horses with specific needs, Equitex offers four precise correctional solutions - each designed to support optimal saddle position, even muscle development, functional horse posture and even pressure distribution.
The Equitex correctional pad integrates a high-tech cold foam core of different thicknesses, providing subtle adjustments to saddle balance. Ideal for horses needing front or back lift of the saddle, over-all extra protection, especially in cases of poor or uneven back muscles development.

These Pads are available in two cuts - Dressage and Jumping and in four expertly crafted corrections - Front Lift 3cm, Front Lift 4cm, Rear Lift 4cm and Full Lift, they have been developed based on decades of experience in treating horses.

CORRECTIONAL HALF PAD FOR YOUR HORSE
FRONT LIFT 3 cm - correction (3 cm front / 2 cm back)> for light front correction and refined saddle alignment - ideal for supporting muscle development in the shoulder area and improving saddle balance when it tends to tip slightly forward.

FRONT LIFT 4 cm - correction (4 cm front / 2 cm back)> ideal for raising the saddle’s front area and providing extra support for muscle development in this zone.

REAR LIFT 4 cm - correction (2 cm front / 4 cm back) > perfect for lifting the back saddle area, additional protection in lumbar area and overall saddle balance improvement.

FULL LIFT 4 cm - correction (4 cm throughout)> for balanced saddle elevation and symmetrical muscle development throughout the whole back.

Placed directly on the horse’s back, with your favourite saddle pad on top, half pads combine velvet softness and silicone grip to support stability and advanced high-tech cold foam layers designed to help protect your horse’s back.
Equitex offers two premium models of half pads, designed to offer more comfort for your horse, support rider's balance and saddle fit. Each model is crafted with advanced Equitex materials designed to provide long-lasting comfort and help protect the horse's back under your saddle pad.
The underside is always in Premium Velvet, the upper side is available in different functional fabrics.

DRESSAGE - the versatile half pad for dressage saddles, general purpose saddles and everyday riding. Designed to support even pressure distribution, freedom of movement, and stable saddle positioning. (Dimensions app.: core - 3 cm, length - 56 cm, height - 33 cm).

JUMPING - the half pad for jumping saddles and close-contact saddles. Designed to support shock absorption, secure contact, and freedom of movement for both horse and rider. (Dimensions app.: core - 3 cm, length - 56 cm, height - 31 cm).

PROPER FITTING OF HALF PADS AND CORRECTIONAL HALF PADS
For better back protection and saddle stability, always pull the pad lightly up into the saddle’s gullet and avoid leaving it lying flat on the withers. This helps support the proper functioning of the spine clearance channel and may help reduce pressure points.

Most importantly, place the pad directly on the horse’s skin. Only this way can your horse fully benefit from the premium velvet soft-grip surface and the cushioning performance of our multilayer cold-foam core.
