RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns/Exchange  Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns/exchanges will be accepted on purchases within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please download, complete & return our Returns Form with your item. If you are unable to print the form, please handwrite all the details on the form onto paper and include that.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, except for a normal test*

  • Clean and free from signs of use – please ensure your horse is clean & is not loosing their coat prior to trying on. To remove any dirt & stray hairs please use packing or masking tape, applying the sticky side to the velvet to lift off the surface dirt/hair prior to packaging for return.

  • Without traces of dirt, sweat or hair

  • In original condition

  • Complete with original packaging

 

*By “normal test” we mean that the saddle pad can be placed on the horse and under the saddle. The saddle should be girthed up and the rider should mount to check the correct fit as the pad will compress under rider weight but it should not be used during riding or activity.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned pad in acceptable condition, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund process is complete. Refunds will be for purchase price only not postage costs.

Size/Style changes

It is possible to exchange both the size and the style. If you require assistance with selecting the right sizing or suitable style please contact us on info@tweedequestrian.com.au. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return postage & the shipment of the replacement item.

​Change of mind

No returns will be given for change of mind.​

Sale/Clearance or Ex-Demo Items

Strictly no returns on sale, clearance or ex-demo items.
